No. ReserveEase is positioned as a software subscription, not a marketplace tax per guest.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
The product is designed around no lock-in. Keep using it because it works, not because your data is trapped.
What about onboarding?
Self-serve trial by default. Assisted setup can be sold separately when the restaurant wants help.
Is unlimited support included?
The core license keeps support lean. Unlimited support can be offered as a separate option.
Is the trial really free?
