This is a practical SaaS terms template and must be reviewed by a lawyer before production use.
Parties and scope
These terms govern use of ReserveEase by restaurants, staff users and platform administrators. The contracting entity is [ReserveEase legal entity].
Trial and subscriptions
Trial workspaces may be created through the trial page. A trial license can be converted to a paid subscription through Stripe or assigned manually by a platform administrator.
Customer responsibilities
The restaurant is responsible for accurate configuration, lawful guest communications, staff access management, booking policy wording, privacy notices to its own guests and compliance with local laws.
Payments and support
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the selected plan. Standard support may be billed hourly unless an unlimited-support license is active. Optional setup services may be billed separately when agreed.
Termination and law
Either party may terminate according to the subscription terms. These terms are governed by [Belgian law / chosen jurisdiction], unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
